Shipping Guidelines

Shipping method

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein and Europe.

The shipping costs for orders under 100,- CHF order value are 12,- CHF flat within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For European deliveries please ask for the shipping price

From 500,- CHF order value the shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge!

You can choose to pay by cash in advance, credit card, Postfinance e-finance, PayPal, cash on delivery or cash on collection in Cham ZG (only by appointment).

 

Purchase on account

In our store you can order as a corporate customer also on after the first two orders on account.

Please note that there is an administration fee of 2.90 CHF per invoice.

The first two orders must be paid in advance.

On request, we also offer an installment plan for purchase on account. Please contact us simply by phone.

 

Payment with PayPal

If you choose this payment method, additional fees of 1.5% of the order value will be charged.

We incur 2.9% PayPal fees, you pay 1.5%, we take the rest.

 

Cash payment on delivery

You pay for the goods in cash upon delivery.

Please note that there are fees of 15,- CHF for this payment method.

RETURNS / RIGHT OF RETURN

Right of withdrawal / return:

Swiss law does not provide for a return period or any other right of return for online commerce after the order has been sent.

Should a return be made at the customer's request, we will contact you to find a mutual solution.

 

We still have a 14-day return policy for our customers. You have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. To be eligible for a return, your Propspeed item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and unused, in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@boatanic.ch to see if your return is accepted. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and fix the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If it is, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
